Refined bamboo vinegar liquid

Bamboo vinegar is a byproduct of bamboo charcoal production. It is obtained by collecting the volatile, water-soluble gases generated during the high-temperature pyrolysis of bamboo when bamboo materials are burned to produce charcoal, and then condensing these gases at room temperature to form a liquid substance. Its composition is quite complex, containing nearly 300 types of natural organic compounds. Raw bamboo vinegar typically appears reddish-brown or tea-brown in color and has a distinctive smoky aroma characteristic of bamboo vinegar. After further refining, colorless bamboo vinegar can be produced.
